       Ordered goods will be shipped not later 20 days after days of payment. The prices mentioned in price-list are net prices  based on terms of FOB Baku, Azerbaijan. Transportation charges are not included in quoted prices. Be sure to include extra for shipping charges. All truck orders should be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, credit must be arranged in advance of shipment. Listed prices have been discounted to offer savings for quantity purchases.  If  products will be shipped by railways, charges based on terms of DAF  board of Azerbaijan Republic will be added. Customer should pay that charges on station of final destination.

    If a product does not meet your expectations, return it to us and we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price not later 30 days after receiving the goods. We'll exchange a product, even if you make the error, but you'll be responsible for all transportation charges.

      Of course, if you special order or request a product that's made to your specific dimensions, these items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If you are returning your merchandise, please, call our department in advance.
